So, it hasn’t been a week yet… But, yeah, I’m blogging anyway, lol. I guess I’ll just make sure more than 7 days don’t go by between posts.
As I mercilessly roamed around, I noticed a lot of birthday blog entries. They reminded me of how I didn’t post about my birthday this year. And that, reminded me of other important events I failed to mention. And that, made me sad.
I planned to just lay face down on the bed, and mumble obscenities into my pillow. But, this seems better some how…
- I graduated from college with honors — B.S. in Accounting. Almost all my extended family came to see me walk. We haven’t gotten together in a long time, and they chose my graduation to finally do it.
- I commenced operation bum-around-and-just-have-fun. Sleeping, Movies, water parks, clubs & bars, parties, shopping, television, chilling…
- I celebrated my 22nd birthday (gemini). My boyfriend got me a new iPod Touch; my other one was stolen. We went to a nice restaurant, and partied, partied, partied. Other gifts were cute little things and cards.
- I decided to remain 2,500 miles from home, because I am in love. This forced me to decline a high-paying job at a top 10 university. My mom set it up for me; didn’t even have to interview.
- I adopted a 3 month old kitten from an animal shelter; named him Alex.
- I got a post-grad job. It pays about half as much as the one I passed up.
- I set my blog back up.
- Currently – Milking my last week of freedom for all it’s worth.

Man. I am about to start my senior year of high school and am already having panic attacks about going to college. But not enough to stay home and do it. I have to go away for college because it’s the only way I wiill ever learn to be on my own.
But I am really scared about it all. Every one seems to know what they want to do but I don’t because I never thought I would get this far. Why? I don’t know because I;m super smart. I have a whole bunch of AP credits but only and average GPA because well let’s face it? My first two years I didn’t bother trying. My grades wern’t bad but just not as high as they should be x.x

Oh, you’re in love! That’s so sweet. Is he just wonderful? It was sweet of him to buy you a new iPod. If someone stole my iPod, I would be furious. I’d probably punch a few walls and start yelling obscenities into my pillow.

I love the idea of project bum-around-and-just-have-fun. I suppose that’s what I have been doing all summer! I need a job. Speaking of which, I’m glad you got a job!
I don’t want to pay more than $500. That is still a really high price, but I have a feeling it will be worth it.
