Aw, man…

So, it hasn’t been a week yet… But, yeah, I’m blogging anyway, lol. I guess I’ll just make sure more than 7 days don’t go by between posts.

As I mercilessly roamed around, I noticed a lot of birthday blog entries. They reminded me of how I didn’t post about my birthday this year. And that, reminded me of other important events I failed to mention. And that, made me sad.

I planned to just lay face down on the bed, and mumble obscenities into my pillow. But, this seems better some how…

  1. I graduated from college with honors — B.S. in Accounting. Almost all my extended family came to see me walk. We haven’t gotten together in a long time, and they chose my graduation to finally do it.
  2. I commenced operation bum-around-and-just-have-fun. Sleeping, Movies, water parks, clubs & bars, parties, shopping, television, chilling…
  3. I celebrated my 22nd birthday (gemini). My boyfriend got me a new iPod Touch; my other one was stolen. We went to a nice restaurant, and partied, partied, partied. Other gifts were cute little things and cards.
  4. I decided to remain 2,500 miles from home, because I am in love. This forced me to decline a high-paying job at a top 10 university. My mom set it up for me; didn’t even have to interview.
  5. I adopted a 3 month old kitten from an animal shelter; named him Alex.
  6. I got a post-grad job. It pays about half as much as the one I passed up.
  7. I set my blog back up.
  8. Currently – Milking my last week of freedom for all it’s worth.

I do exercise on my own, though I did stop recently. >_< I need to get going again since I leave in just a couple of months. Thank you, I like these avatars too!

I don't think I blog about my birthday either, so you're not alone. There's just not anything exciting about mine so it's like w/e. Congratulations on graduating with honors! And in Accounting too! I hate math but kudos to you for sticking with it! I don't hardly know most of my extended family, my dad's own brother didn't go to my high school graduation. ;( Jerk. Ooh, iPod Touch. I have a nano, but I like that Tap Tap game on the Touch. It's so fun! It's like Guitar Hero but a bit more difficult. The only thing is that you get fingerprints all over the screen, I don't think I could deal with that.

That's pretty strong of you to pass up a job at an esteemed university, and no interview to boot! I don't know how you did it, where you live must be amazing!

I love kittens! Did you see this photo on deviantArt?

So adorable!! I like that you adopted a kitten from a shelter, it’s so sad to see any animal abandoned. My dad hates cats though, or I would’ve gotten one long ago.

This is probably my longest blog comment ever, but at least I had something to respond to. A lot of blogs I go on (MySpace related, anyway) just say “Hey updates! Going out of town see you in a week!” That’s all well and good, but make your site a little more “you” and let people know where you’re going at least. Nobody’s going to comment on that! (Then they get all pissy because nobody does. Pffft)!!

Oh, it’s great that you’re going to blog regularly from now.

That’s why I love blogging so much! It’s really important for me to blog about certain events in my life, I don’t know why but it makes me feel special, and also makes me appreciate how lucky and fortunate I am. I even like to go back and read my old blogs it’s really fun. So I’ll probably never delete my old blogs!

Congrats! Wow, you graduated with honors, that must have felt great! LOL Number two sounds like me, and happy birthday! Aw, why did you refuse to go to that job interview?

It’s great that you’ve put of all those things in a list!

Ah well, people will be people haha. I don’t why some people find it enjoyable for hurting other ones for that matter. All I know is I’m going to be the better person by doing the right thing. Thanks a lot!
